Technical field(s) of expertise: Working in the field of aquatic plant diversity for three decade. It include algae,Plabkton to hydrophyte. Keenly working on aquatic invasive plant. Already established the first aquatic plant Conservation unit a envolving youths from school to university level. Also initiated the MZAH Aquatic Herbarium in the University first of its kind in the country. Apart aquatic plants I also work and motivate the women to conserve the edible but nonconventional food of the country. At present I am also working to control the Parthenium invasion in Rajshahi. My another work is on going with non profitable organisation BANGLA BRICK to minimize the plastic waste in the environment specifically in water.
