On the basis of the thematic assessment of the Intergovernmental Science-Policy Platform on Biodiversity and Ecosystem Services (IPBES) and work under the International Initiative on the Conservation and Sustainable Use of Pollinators of the Convention, the Conference of the Parties at its thirteenth meeting adopted decision XIII/15 providing policy guidance on pollinators, pollination and food production.
