The state of environmental quality is closely related to human existence and all its activities. Because humans and their behavior can influence, both nature itself, the continuity of life and the welfare of other creatures. Humans and the environment are each a system in the entire ecosystem, humans (can) affect the environment, likewise, the environment can influence human life. In a position of influencing each other, humans sometimes become the main actors of the changes (disasters) that occur. It has been understood, various media always raise environmental issues (cases) in the form of environmental pollution and destruction, both by individuals and by corporations. Actions in the form of “destroying” or “polluting” are conceptualized with human behavior in relation to the environment in general, this is what is then considered a crime against the environment.
