The Soil Association’s expertise is in ever greater demand and the growing fundraising team is rising to the challenge of accessing the resources to enable us to meet this interest. The trusts and statutory team has an enviable track record; securing a number of multi-million pound grants in recent years, and being responsible for £3 – 4 million income annually. We work with colleagues across the organisation and a wide range of funders, discussing healthy school food at one moment and the impact of soil health on climate change the next. The role gives the opportunity to learn from the wider fundraising team and make a vital contribution to its success.
About you
We are looking for someone with ambition to develop in the role and bring experience of:
• Managing a prospect pipeline using research and cultivation plans
• Providing excellent donor care through written communications and events
• Developing high quality funding applications and managing the proposal development process
Location: This role is based in Bristol but we can offer flexible working with a mix of remote and office working (needing to be in the office for around 2 days per week)
Hours
Full-time (37.5 hours per week) Permanent contract
