The Program Manager (PM) is responsible for ensuring the success of one fully funded project in Oneata (Lau Group). The project involves implementation of a series of projects on Oneata that reduce fishing pressure on the local reefs, while providing the community with skills, income, and nutrition. The PM will manage and collaborate with an on-site Program Coordinator who is from Oneata, as well as work in partnership with community members and the Fijian government.

In partnership with CORAL’s Deputy Program Director (based in Oakland, CA), the PM will develop a work program designed to achieve specific conservation outcomes. The PM has primary responsibility for the daily implementation, management, and monitoring of this conservation project. The PM is expected to use excellent judgment in making decisions about program implementation while seeking input from the Deputy Program Director when warranted
