The Marketing Associate manages and implements marketing projects/initiatives and manages project resources proactively.  The Associate  works within the framework of positioning, platform and voice of the organization’s marketing objectives to meet stakeholders’ needs.  This role works closely with various constituents such as department staff, field offices, program consultants and vendors to manage all phases of projects.  This role may work within budgets to minimize expenses, maximize revenue, and meet quality control standards.  The Associate may use software systems to track and analyze program results, report findings, and works with senior marketing managers to implement strategic recommendations.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES & SCOPE

• Managing all Marketing Contracts making sure the contracts stay within budget and invoices are paid in a timely manner
• Manage & Track current Marketing Budget and prepare upcoming fiscal year Marketing Budget
• Write & Send Quarterly Marketing Progress Brief to the CA Chapter
• Schedule & audit CMO meetings tracking action items and forwarding interactions to Development Coordinators
• Assist with board book requirements as needed
• Work with Hiring team as needed to assist, or project manage hiring process
• Schedule, plan logistics, and facilitate team retreats, off-sites & bonding events
• Field all requests & inquiries that come through CA General and/or front desk for Marketing team
• Schedule & facilitate weekly marketing team meetings & creative reviews (3 meetings/ week)
• Assist in logo approval process- validate requests that come in & draft response.
• Perform EA functions in support of the Executive, including calendar management, travel, expense reporting, meetings support, and peer review process.
