You will be part of an enthusiastic IT team covering the areas of Applications, Infrastructure, Service Desk, Cybersecurity and BI. Working as part of a team being the first point of contact to the business for IT and Business Systems receiving, logging and triaging calls. Prioritising your own workload, managing Incident and Request tickets through their lifecycle, ensuring SLAs and KPIs are met.
