Under the guidance of the Office of Capacity Building and Development, the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) is looking for an international Program Specialist to join the Foreign Agricultural Service. The incumbent is expected to provide technical support in the Food Assistance Division by coordinating and implementing agricultural trade capacity building programs and scientific exchanges; providing science-based training and technical assistance to policymakers and members of the private sector from foreign countries; and/or negotiating and coordinating agreements between USDA agencies and academic institutions and foreign equivalents.
