Description

The HR Specialist plays a critical role to ensure TNC’s data integrity through data-entry, audits, and customer support. Under general supervision and working closely with various functional groups within HR, this position supports the administration of the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and data management. Responsible for data integrity throughout HR to include data input, verification, and auditing. Prepares or runs routine and ad-hoc reports and summaries. Assists to develop, test, and implement core HR requirements, upgrades, new system applications and requests and conducts audits and quality assurance to ensure data integrity. Responsible for file and records maintenance.

WE’RE LOOKING FOR YOU

The Human Resources Specialist is responsible for administering and maintaining HR systems, programs, procedures and plans according to HR policies and will provide assistance to all levels of personnel on various HR-related issues.  The individual will help conduct QC of data, data entry, employment verifications, manage HR Customer care email inbox, triage questions and issues that are reported from clients globally, and maintain employee files/records.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • Bachelor’s degree or 3 years HR related work experience or equivalent combination.
  • Experience responding to HR related questions and problems from employees/management.
  • Experience in one or more of the following areas: database management and spreadsheet software; constructing and producing reports; data input, manipulation and analysis.
  • Experience working with MS Office software, HR information systems and analytics tools.
