The Grants Coordinator coordinates grants and contract-related administration activities for a program or division. Working closely with the Grants Manager and other senior staff, they support grant-making activities including planning and application activities, contracting, day-to-day administration, reporting, and closeout.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Reviews and processes grants-related data and maintains the accuracy of grants and award information in the grants system/database.
- Process routine financial transactions and helps generate timely financial and related reports including comparing budgeted vs. actual expenses.
- Review grants-related activities for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with CI and grantor policies and regulations and maintain filing systems.
- Serve as a key information resource and facilitates effective communications among key stakeholders.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned and may assist with grants training efforts.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
