The Donor Content Manager acts as lead project manager for a wide range of core messaging and communications resources focused on The Nature Conservancy’s highest global conservation priorities. They support training opportunities designed to help fundraisers share consistent, compelling and inclusive messages and stories. They produce content for both internal and external audiences. They contribute to overall strategy as well as specific project outcomes.
As a member of the Donor Relations team, the Donor Content Manager is an integral part of a cross-functional, highly motivated group of donor communications, stewardship and engagement specialists. They work regularly with key partners across the organization, including fundraising, marketing and conservation staff. They make recommendations to leadership regarding the systems, tools and resources used by the team. The Manager will report to the Director of Donor Content.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Bachelor’s degree and 5 years related communications experience or equivalent combination.
- Experience managing and implementing multiple projects.
- Experience negotiating agreements.
- Experience with current and evolving technology in relevant field.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Experience, coursework, or other training in principles and practices of relevant field.
