One Tree Planted is an environmental charity based in downtown Montreal. Our growing Environmental Non-Profit is looking for a skilled problem solver to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. We need an enthusiastic individual who can listen to customer service issues and then offer a unique and innovative solution to each challenge. The successful candidate for this role will know how to be awesome, love talking with people, be proactive, have the ability to offer quick and accurate assistance to customers, and be passionate about the environment. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Answer incoming donor calls, emails, and live chats
• Quickly learn to navigate and use a variety of other web based platforms, including Salesforce and G-Suite
• Provide appropriate answers and solutions to enquiries. These are to be coherently and professionally communicated with donors in a timely manner
• Maintain a high level of professionalism with donors and working to establish a positive rapport with every enquirer
• Work with the management team to stay updated on organization knowledge and be informed of any changes in company policies
• Provide ideas on how to continuously improve and grow the organization
