We are looking to hire an experienced HR Consultant to manage and execute HR and L&D operations. In this role, you will be responsible for obtaining and recording HR information, managing the HR databases, managing Learning and Development coordination and assisting staff with onboarding formalities and providing HR-related support.
The Consultant-HR operations should have excellent communication skills, good interpersonal skills, and a good understanding of employment law and should also be well organized, efficient, and approachable.
How your day will unfold:
- Supporting in Employee Onboarding.
- Map Training Needs with the available training resources.
- Coordination of Training Programs with Staff.
- Devise Training effectiveness evaluation program.
- Maintaining HR records related to staff including Educational documents, ID proofs, experience letters and employee forms.
- Issuing letters, contracts, certificates and visiting cards to staff and verifying completion.
- Issuing new staff with enrolment documents.
- Conducting exit interviews to understand the reasons for staff leaving the Institute.
- Responding and addressing to HR-related queries by staff.
- Maintaining confidentiality on all the staff records.
- Efficiently managing and improving HRIS systems.
- Work closely with other operations team members and provide support during HR audits.
- Supporting in HR Recruitment operations.
