For this consultancy, we are looking for a skilled facilitator or small team/collective, who are experienced in the development and delivery of anti-racism training for community groups. Knowledge (and preferably experience) of grassroots campaigning would be extremely desirable.

Why you believe you are equipped to take on this consultancy and why you would like to take it on

A brief outline of what you propose for the training including:

•  A breakdown of your delivering schedule including how many sessions you’d deliver and details of your preparation and evaluation time.
• How many people you would hope to train and whether these be in the same training or across multiple trainings
• An outline training programme
• Our network of 350 groups is huge and so we’d like to have as large a reach as possible with this training while also not compromising quality. In recognising that most of our activism staff at Friends of the Earth are white, would you advise delivering the training yourself or doing a training of trainers (or would you consider both). Please state why.
• How you would manage the different starting points of participants
• We need to ensure that any training delivered is part of a longer journey of learning and development for the network. We need to support the network beyond, during and after any training that takes place. Do you have some suggestions for how to make this happen? (Note, this wouldn’t have to be part of your role necessarily to enact these suggestions)
