The Municipality of Del Carmen, Surigao del Norte, Philippines, invites everyone to join a FREE Webinar in celebration of the International Day of Mangrove Biodiversity on July 26, 2024. This event, held in collaboration with Rare, LGU Del Carmen, Surigao del Norte State University (SNSU), and The Equity Initiative, will share insights on the Proof of Concept Project on Social Protection.
The webinar, titled “Rooted in Protection: Social Protection Creating a First Line of Defense for Fishers of Siargao,” will delve into the vital role of social protection in safeguarding the livelihoods of Siargao’s fishers.
