The 20th Anniversary of the Local and Indigenous Knowledge Systems (LINKS) programme will be celebrated through a series of activities that enhance the visibility of indigenous peoples and emphasize the catalytic relationship between indigenous and local knowledge holders, UN institutions, research bodies and scientists.
This anniversary is an opportunity to define a strategic way forward and prepare a road map to inform future work and intersectoral and transdisciplinary cooperation.
