Free Macro Photography Workshop Aims to Document Pollinators

They’re different types of VIPs, and they’re crucial to food production and human survival.

‘Very Important Pollinators’, as they’re called by Celeste Chariandy, Science Communication Officer at the Biodiversity and Ecosystem Services Network Trinidad and Tobago (BES-Net TT), were the stars of a free macro photography workshop offered by BES-Net TT and Wa-Samaki Ecosystems, a permaculture farm in central Trinidad.

The workshop is one of several being held this year. The series of workshops is free for all to attend and focuses on generating awareness and data on local pollinators in Trinidad and Tobago.
