About the Speaker
Dr. Buddhi Chaudhary is an agricultural graduate with a PhD from the University of Western Australia (UWA). He currently serves as a Research Officer (Agronomy) at the Minnipa Agricultural Center within the South Australian Research and Development Institute (SARDI), under the Department of Primary Industries and Regions (PIRSA), Government of South Australia.
With over a decade of experience in farming systems and agronomic research in grains and horticulture, Dr. Chaudhary has worked across various sectors, including government, NGOs, and industry organizations in Australia and beyond. His expertise extends to agriculture, rural development, biodiversity, and climate change, particularly in fragile and multicultural environments.
Dr. Chaudhary has collaborated with institutions such as Helvetas Nepal (Swiss Inter-cooperation), the University of California Cooperative Extension Center (USA), and Inghams Enterprises Pty Ltd (Australia). His work spans project design, implementation, and monitoring, engaging diverse stakeholders at multiple levels.
Through active participation in academic research, training programs, seminars, and conferences, Dr. Chaudhary has built an extensive professional network worldwide.
