WHAT WE CAN ACHIEVE TOGETHER

The Brand Marketing Coordinator assists in the budget and team management, implementation of tactics, and provides administrative support. The Brand Marketing Coordinator coordinates marketing projects and ongoing work such as advertising campaigns, brand strategy and planning initiatives, and research projects. They work closely with marketing leads, audience managers and vendors to implement assigned sections of the project or program to meet deadlines and project goals..  They may use software systems to track and analyze program results, report findings, and works with senior marketing managers to implement strategic recommendations. With strong attention to detail, they provide administrative support for the team.

In this role, you will:

  • Organize, manage and coordinate marketing projects and activities with many variables, including advertising campaigns, brand strategy and planning initiatives, and research projects.
  • Manage contracts and vendors and process invoices, working with internal partners to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Provide administrative support including assisting in budgeting and team management.
  • Identifies problems and roadblocks and suggests creative solutions to enable and streamline the team’s work.
  • Does not supervise any staff but will coordinate the work of peers on cross-functional project teams. May supervise volunteers, interns or temporary staff.
  • Duties are performed under general supervision and established guidelines, with opportunity to act independently on assigned tasks and projects.  May have full opportunity to direct individual projects.
