Description

The Human Resources Manager, Global Legal Team and Enterprise Risk Team,   provides human resource services in one or more of the following functions:    onboarding, compensation, talent management, offboarding, staff development and training, organizational development, and talent acquisition.

The Human Resources Manager, Global Legal Team and Enterprise Risk Team is responsible for administering and maintaining HR systems, programs, procedures and plans according to HR policies and will provide assistance to all levels of personnel on various HR-related issues and requests.  The Human Resources Manager, Global Legal Team and Enterprise Risk Team, reports to an Associate General Counsel and will have a particular focus on talent management and helping to source a high quality and diverse candidate base for positions in a growing division.  The Human Resources Manager, Global Legal Team and Enterprise Risk Team will be the first point of contact for HR related matters across a dynamic team of more than 140 people providing legal and risk management services to the global organization.  The ideal candidate will have a collegial, client-focused mentality, strong self-driven problem-solving skills, and a proactive nature to drive completion of projects.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of 5 years related work experience in area(s) of specialization or equivalent combination.
  • Experience coordinating and leading projects.
  • Experience responding to HR related questions and problems from employees/management.
  • Experience in one or more of the following areas: database management and spreadsheet software; constructing and producing reports; data input, manipulation, and analysis.
  • Experience working with MS Office software, including Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint
