The Rainforest Alliance seeks a pro-active and dynamic Innovation Process Facilitator to support internal RA departments and teams in their innovation endeavours.

While the Transformational Innovation team is responsible for developing and testing new value propositions and business models to achieve large scale impact 3-5 years from now, it also seeks to build the internal innovation capacity of the organization. This includes socializing and promoting innovation processes, providing training and facilitation for fellow departments, and promoting general values of an innovation culture.

The Innovation Process Facilitator is a motivated self-starter and champion of innovation methods, tools and processes who can build and maintain meaningful relationships across the organization and support the development of “intrapreneurs” in the RA ecosystem. A successful Innovation Process Facilitator will be able to build sustainable innovation capacity in various teams, source new ideas from within the organization and catalyze an innovation culture of empathy, humility, and experimentation.

• Build and maintain trusted relationships across teams within the Rainforest Alliance
• Develop, test, and launch successful courses, curriculums, workshops, webinars, and events designed to build the capacity of individuals and RA teams
• Develop a catalogue of services that can be used by RA teams to support them with the development and testing of new solutions (e.g. design sprints, coaching, co-creation sessions)
• Provide information in the form of blogs, articles, newsletter etc, of best practices for innovation and innovation training
• Contribute to, and influence strategic direction to enable innovation, using informal and formal communication.
