The Intern will be responsible for supporting the Internal Communications team in launching our first internal podcast. Intern responsibilities will include conducting research on podcast development best practices, podcast distribution and contributing to the development of a season one podcast strategy.

The Internal Communications Podcast Intern will also play a key role in developing content for the first season including researching content and potential interviewees, background interview research and outlining scripts. The Intern will report to the Internal Communications Manager, People Team.

RESPONSIBILITIES & SCOPE

• Conduct research to identify key topics and/or content areas for Season One
• Background interview potential subject matter experts for podcast guest speakers
• Develop Season One episode outlines based on research and interviews
• Support podcast project team in developing episode scripts
• Support podcast project team in producing Season One, including script development and review
• Additional opportunities for writing, graphic design or production work based on applicant’s interest
