We’re a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that plants trees around the world and we’re looking for aSocial Media Community Coordinator to join our western Massachusetts team. We are seeking someone with a positive attitude and a passion for sustainability!
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Respond to and interact with comments, private messages, and mentions on multiple platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok
- Create content customized for individual platforms such as educational graphics, gifs, Instagram stories, short videos, Pinterest pins, etc.
- Engage within a Facebook group for our Tree Ambassadors
- Interact with and thank Facebook Fundraiser donors
- Support the Social Media Manager, Marketing Director, and overall Communications team with the execution of growth strategies and campaigns
- Write engaging copy for marketing assets, campaigns, and social media posts
- Serve as a backup to the Social Media Manager when they are unavailable
- Assist with tracking the performance of campaigns and platforms
- Collect data and research that can translate into interesting social media content
